Explore your entire being through a series of somatic exercises, including mindful movements, shaking, tapping, deep breathing, and even a little chanting. The whole practice can be done standing with the option to finish seated or lying down. This class will work to boost your energy if needed or tone your energy down—and it can be used before other classes in membership when you need to release excess energy before shifting into a slower state.

As our diaphragm moves more freely not only do we feel more relaxed but it also helps massage our abdomen and all of our digestive organs. This 25-minute mindful flow and restorative practice helps release tension that restricts our breathing while down-shifting us into a state of calm and spaciousness - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
