August 23 — Quick Shift, Shake It Off
Transform your energy and shift your nervous system in 15 minutes! This class can be done anywhere—on your yoga mat or even in your bathroom, should you need an escape. The practice will release pent up energy and create room for fresh energy and a more spacious perspective. We'll explore our entire being through a series of somatic exercises, including mindful movements, shaking, tapping, deep breathing, and even a little chanting. The whole practice can be done standing with the option to finish seated or lying down. This class will work to boost your energy if needed or tone your energy down—and it can be used before other classes in membership when you need to release excess energy before shifting into a slower state.
