Join us for 4 restorative-based classes to explore the essential teachings from Deep Listening that will help us release blocked energy, surrender layers of deeply held tension, nurture your capacity for self-compassion, and access your inner wisdom.
Each class will begin with a short mindful slow flow practice, moving us towards conscious relaxation and two fully supported restorative yoga poses. We’ll incorporate guided imagery and Deep Listening and Metta practices to help us experience more clarity and connectedness.
This feeling of connection not only changes the way you respond to stress, it also leaves you feeling more at peace and sets the conditions for you to evolve and grow. You’ll gain a sense of grounding, be more present, release tension, and create space within yourself for connection, compassion, and deep listening.

Landing on Loving Support
You’ll create a sense of calm and groundedness by feeling the natural relationship between your body and the support of the Earth. We will focus on connecting with the core to establish a sense of stability, releasing tension, and allowing the earth to support you; hold you up. We'll return to remember the loving support of the earth is always underneath us, around us, and within us. After a slow-flow warm up and grounding standing poses we will release into the support of two restorative poses: Legs up and Savasana.
