WIND CLASS
Spring is in the air… and revitalizing your entire being.
During this practice, we will harmonize with the element of air using our breath as well as connecting to the air around us. Moving from our roots, we will explore connecting to our prana (energy) on our breath. We will work on opening up all the channels that help us to take deeper, freer, and fuller breaths through this exploration of our lung and heart center. As we drop out of the mind and into our heart, we can cultivate more compassion for ourselves and others. We’ll practice not only making room for the rise and fall of the breath but also allowing the breath to guide the way. The breath, the wind, that blows through and literally clears and cleans the landscape… our inner landscape. What can use some more space and air in your life? Where do you need to spread out? What are you moving through off the mat? Let the breath guide the way.
