boundless and bright: lighting up through the chakras series

LIGHTING UP THROUGH THE CHAKRAS SERIES

Join us for a series of slow flow yoga practices with a focus on the chakras, restoratives, and deep relaxation. These sessions are designed to clear stagnant energy, release heaviness, boost immunity, and revitalize your well-being.

In each class, we will focus on a different energy center, always beginning with grounding so you feel rooted as you progressively release stagnant energy and deeper tension. We will pay special attention to circulation, breath, and digestion, as we harness the expansive energy of spring. While each class will bring us deeper into one energy center at a time, we will always pay attention to the “whole.”

My intention for this series is to support our ability to stay well through our ever-shifting circumstances and enhance our aliveness, openness, and capacity to nourish ourselves and each other.

Cleanse and Flow: Sacral Chakra

Our Sacral Chakra is located in our low belly, low back, and pelvis, the home of many vital organs, and governs our ability to process, eliminate, and stay fluid. This chakra also houses our gut feelings and emotions — energy in motion. We tend to hold a lot of tension here, not only because it’s difficult to engage with challenging feelings, but also because we’re constantly trying to harden (instead of soften) our center. This practice will help us soften our center, so our emotions can flow and we find more ease in our lives as we continue to transition through the season. We’ll explore hip openers, twists, and forward folds.

Join us for the full series (6 live classes AND RECORDINGS + mini-retreat)

We are also now offering an Online Studio Membership that offers extended access to recordings from this series—and an entire library of classes for only $55 a month. Cancel anytime. Learn more here.
