A CHAKRA CLEARING PRACTICE
Join Jillian and guest teacher Patricia Switzer, Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP), Eden Method Authorized Teacher, for a Chakra Clearing Practice.
In this Eden Energy Medicine practice, we will look to the Chakras as “file cabinets” of your life and life experiences. Just as we need to periodically clear and clean our file cabinets, or they will overflow and cause congestion, and back up, we need to also clear our own bodies to allow space and flow for the new.
After a brief introduction to Eden Energy Medicine, Particia will share basic clearing and replenishing techniques, we can use to clear stagnant energy both physically and emotionally. These are tools and protocols you can use again and again for yourself and share them with others.
Patricia Switzer is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP), Eden Method Authorized Teacher and she is trained by Lauren Walker, the creator of Energy Medicine Yoga.
Patricia is also an Usui and Shamanic Reiki Master and uses all her energy work training to help and empower others. This is one of her greatest life passions.
