Heart breathing is a simple practice that you can do wherever you are to help you untangle any tension or armor that you are carrying in your body, particularly around your chest and heart.

It's natural to feel exhausted or depleted after holding on tightly or experiencing (any category of) heightened emotions for an extended period of time. I hope you’re taking care of yourselves and finding ways to move (days, weeks, years of) tension out of your body.

Our breath is one of the most effective tools that we have to reconnect with our bodies, slow down, and release stress and habitual tension.
