Using a strap, we’ll gently progress through postures that strengthen our back and soften our front, enabling us to receive and share more of our heart light.
We’ll enrich our experience and capacity to feel strong, supported, and loved. When you feel cared for in this way, you will have the energy to be more present and compassionate with others and able to show up more, in service, in the world.
